You can pay the rental fee on the day you pick up the car without purchasing additional insurance or paying extra for an additional driver. His service was like that of an older brother. Very helpful and positive service! The car was not in the best condition as it was not new, but quite good for my purpose of sightseeing in Penang with friends, excellent value for money. We had no problems during the whole trip. Unfortunately I damaged the side mirror, but the owner did not shame me and only charged a fair price for the repair without any other fees.

What an exceptional experience! We had no idea where to hire a car from and how to get there, I called to enquire about a hire car as the price was very reasonable online and was pleasantly surprised when I found the car could be delivered to me within a couple of hours. The car was great the service was beyond exceptional, we had to extend a few more days and we had no issues at all. If you want a fare honest deal and like people who respect their customers look no further. I will be back and I will recommend to my friends and family. 10 out of 10.

His responses were swift and he met us at the airport without any delay when we arrived. His rental car was clean & well maintained too.
