I took this rental car for 4 nts from 29th jan. From outside the car looked ok but after driving i notice that was wobbling n noisy. Maybe it is an accident car given to me. Try to call the staff n the company few times but they never answered. I am just worrendering in case of emergency what will happen. Horrible company n service provided. Big regret taking the car from them. Will not recommend them to anyone

Big thumb cheats it's customers. Takes full payment upfront but makes all sort of excuses to refuse returning the deposit after car is returned. Deposit is RM200. Not customer friendly.

One of the best car rental in Malaysia. They are available in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Ipoh. They provided very great service and reliable car while our family holiday in KL. Most important thing is they always on time when handover the car and return it after finish the rent.

We booked an MPV for a holiday outing in July 2020. We approached the process with an open mind, having read some of the poor reviews on Google. However, the enquiry process with this Company was smooth, questions are answered promptly and with clarity, photos of the potential rental car shown via Whatsapp. My husband was happy to deal with a Mr Anthony over the phone and the car was delivered to our place punctually and in very good condition. Encik Ayob, the staff who handled the delivery and return of the car was professional, punctual and what's more, he went out of his way to deliver our kid's shoes that was left in the car after the trip. Furthermore, we received the refund of deposit within a week of returning the car. I think good staff makes a good company, so a big thank you again to Ayob. This rental is very pleasant. We'll definitely book again next time.

Today is 15 Dec. My deposit from CNY 2025 is still pending refund because "traffic tickets may take one year to be sent". WhatsApp also became one person talking.

- Easy communication via WhatsApp. - Friendly boss (Anthony) and worker. - Easy pick up and drop off. You only need to inform them where you are. - Rental procedure is done when you met them, therefore is safe. No need to send any personal information via WhatsApp. - Deposit is collect during booking online and returned within 5 working days after returning of car. - Parking on public road in Georgetown is a challenge without parking app. Anthony helped me purchased the parking tickets online to avoid being fined.
