The pickup and return procedures were quick and well-organized, making my travel experience seamless and stress-free. The car provided was in excellent condition — clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and most importantly, safe and reliable throughout my trip. A special mention goes to Miss Fiza for her exceptional service. She was professional yet warm and personal in her approach, which made the experience even more pleasant. Her responsiveness and strong sense of responsibility truly stood out. She handled everything with high standards and genuine care, ensuring all my questions were answered promptly and clearly. I rented a Proton Persona from Hertz Malaysia at Penang Airport and had a great experience. The car was in good condition, clean, and comfortable to drive. The entire process—from pickup to return—was smooth and fast. Special thanks to Kak Fiza for her friendly and professional service. She made everything even easier with her warm and helpful attitude. Booked 2 small cars for travel to Cameron Highlands on June 29. The check-in counter was just a few steps outside of Customs clearance. Attended to promptly by a man in yellow/red Hertz uniform (forgot to write down his name, but probably Indian). The process was easy and quick. Once completed, the car was parked just outside the terminal, and again, a few steps from the counter. Returning the cars was as easy. Parked at exactly the same spot as pickup, then walked to Hertz counter just inside, return the keys and done. Thank you Fiza for the easy car return

Very happy and satisfied with the services rendered by Hertz at Penang Airport (Ms Sabiah) and at Jalan Transfer (we didn't get the lady's name). Was looking for a small car, but their Myvi and Axia were out of stock. They offered a Bezza instead. Hertz staff took great care to walk through with us the exterior of the vehicle, systematically sighting and recording blemishes with us. We expected Hertz to be the costlier of options available in Penang, but Ms Sabiah automatically applied additional discounts and offers, making their rental the most sensible to get. We called on the last day of rental to request for an additional day of use, and it was seamlessly approved. Overall, a very pleasant trip to Penang, and Hertz car rental made it easy and affordable to navigate the island.

2025.07- 還車前一定要先電話聯絡，不知會不知道停在哪還車。 只有一個小小櫃台，而且只有一位櫃台人員，會需要等很久。

Thought Hertz is a reputable car rental company. But was super disappointed with the service provided. Was told to called the person in charge 5 mins before arrival so someone will wait to accept the car. Arrived at terminal called them again and still no one waiting to accept the call. Police was chasing people to move the car. Was asked to take another round and come back again. Arrived second time still no person waiting there. Told the person if no one to accept the car then will just walk again. Later a lady came and take the car. Please provide better customers service and have more staffs stand by. While at the counter another person said he waited 45 minutes to pick up the car since already paid. He has no choice since already paid. Chances will no use Hertz again next time. Many car rental company in Penang airport. Disappointed with Hertz.
