I was under Cheng Car Rental & Service, one of the Klezcar car rental brunches. On our first day at 11am when i reached Melaka Sentral to pick up the cars, they were late. It was not a few minutes late but is 2hours late, they keep telling us that the car was still having car wash and stucking in the jam and all those invalid reasons. The staff also showed us the "dont care" attitude, he even asked me to cancel booking last minute if I dont want to wait, but I already have my plans ready and I have to delay everything because of this!!! The second day when we wanted to return our cars, they were 10mins late, I already informed them that I will be there at 11.30am and my bus is at 12pm but they were not here until 11.40pm. The staff keep dragging our time, did not want to give us back our deposit when we were already rushing. The most important thing of a car rental company which is punctuality, and yet they have not meet it. The staff irresponsible attitude made me and my friends missed our bus. I swear that I will not rent car from this company anymore and I also will not recommend this car rental company to any of my friends. Bad review!
