Boss nama gavin handle kereta sy.. 5 kedai saya pergi utk masalah econ kereta sy.. dua pusat servis perodua tak boleh settle masalah econ bezza ni.. 3 kedai pakar econ x boleh settle.. Saya saja2 tanya gavin pasal econ.. tiba2 dia cakap boleh repair.. padahal nama kedai takde stated pun kedai aircond.. tp mr.gavin berpengalaman dalam repair kereta sudah 17tahun.. Skrg econ kereta sejuk mcm mula2 beli dulu.. Kerjanya pun cermat.. buka dashboard ambil upah murah dan tiada cacat cela.. ada satu pin patah tp dia gam semula.. dashboard takde bunyi2 bising bunyi2 longgar.. sempurna semuanya..

Service Sangat Bagus.. Staff friendly Kawasan bekerja pon Sangat Bersih.. Harga pon sangatttt berpatutan

Worst service experience. The boss did not bother to explain or properly advise what needed to be done for my car. When I asked about the price, instead of discussing or offering options, he simply told me to go to another shop if I wasn’t satisfied. Very rude attitude and poor customer service. With this kind of behavior, I don’t see how they expect to keep customers.

Fully satisfy with their work, sent 2 my cars; 1 change spring and another to change all 4 absorber.. parts i bring in and pay for their workmanship.. they willing to do without hesitation and end result no complaint at all..

I went here to do balancing and alignment for my car, and honestly speaking, their service is excellent and on point. However, I would not come back here to do anything releated to tyres. Because what is the point of having good service but not friendly staffs? I mean literally the employees working there is not quite friendly. They worked on my car and did not bother to talk to me or even crack a smile. Also, some advices about my car tyres would be help me too, like for example, this tyre or that tyre needs changing, etc. But none of that was coming out from them. Anyways, I do not want to end this review with a negative comment, that is why I am bringing back to the service side. Thank you for your service towards my car, you guys did an excellent job.

Boss could not take constructive suggestions from me as a customer and start to show in his behavior. Even the boss himself has an attitude problem! Imagine his employees then! For that I give one star. Thats it NO more revisits from me.
