Overall a straightforward & friendly owner/head mechanic :)) In detail… whilst many big competitors surround this gem of a workshop, I see regulars still preferring Steven. With a good support from his family & workers, everyone knows their role to not only run the business but also maintain the courteous manners which is vital to any industry when it comes to customer service & satisfaction. Personally I too did some research before coming here, and this workshop stood out because of the simplest yet impressive effort when they greet you to get your details and regularly update their Google Profile. Came here for an alignment & balancing but in the end also made a change of tyre which Steven pointed out with great sensitivity to the care of my car. Would recommend & to you who is currently reading, be kind to them as well.. its a 2-way street when it comes to customer service 😊 To the daughter of Steven that I met, sorry I didn’t catch your name but thank you for that quick chat (twas a good encounter)

The mechanic is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to explain things clearly even if you’re not a car expert. He’s transparent with pricing from the start. Highly recommended!

I give this shop 5⭐️ for sure. Came in and asked uncle to change the old wheel to a new set of wheel, new lock nut, new center cone for sport rims and alignments. It was done very quick and uncle do helps a lot also gives plenty of positive advice which is nice 👍. Price is very reasonable, recommended. Auntie was very well spoken and friendly👍👍. I will come back to this shop. Definitely 💯

Very good and friendly uncle. Go to another shop to check if my tire punctured they said my tyre rosak need to change all of em. Came here uncle said no bocor just need alignment tyre also good can use another 10k km
