Poor repair quality and doesn't have sound knowledge of how to troubleshoot a broken car. My car broke down in the middle of the road so I went to this workshop as it was nearby, once I arrived, I told the owner of this workshop that I suspected the fuel pump spoilt due to the engine couldn't be started as the was no fuel reaching the engine, but the workshop owner instructed his mechanic to service the throttle body of my car instead of changing the fuel pump, so I had to fork out a few hundred RM for the repair. Once the repair was done, I left the workshop and not long after that my car broke down again in the middle of road. Obviously, I called the same workshop again since I just paid them, but this time, they finally agreed to change the fuel pump. Of course at an additional repair costs! Had the workshop listened to me the very first time, I only had to pay once, instead of twice!obviously changing a new fuel pump would cost me additional few hundred bucks. Worse still, until today the timing of my car is not stable, because according to the car manufacturer, by right no one is supposed to take out the throttle body as it will disrupt the timing of the car.
