I recently visited this shop to replace my brake pads. They told me that the brake discs were rough and could damage the new pads. Trusting their advice, I agreed to replace both the front and rear brake discs, which cost me RM2,000. They didn’t offer to return the old discs after the replacement. They also said that the engine mounting part was worn out and needed replacement, but I hesitated because I had already spent a lot. Later, sensing something was off, I retrieved the old brake discs from the shop and sought second opinions from an original parts vendor and a car service centre. They both confirmed that the discs were still in good condition and didn’t need to be replaced right away. When I questioned them about this, they said there was a miscommunication and that their recommendation was based on their assessment and judgment. They emphasised that I was the one who made the final decision. There were no plausible explanations on why their views or recommendations could be totally different from those of other parties.

Starting just want to service engine oil as usual, but who know they do an mistake got part leaking and affected others spare parts spoil and want to cost me more item to repair. Monday change engine oil and some light cost almost rm 400 then Tuesday get issue of leaking engine oil then want to cost rm 1200+ then still same the engine light still show warning and now said cuz the engine oil leaking affected some more part spoil need to change another rm 500 ….. from they mistake want the customer to pay all the extra …. Really not professional and feel not honest…. Won’t go there anymore and won’t recommend to friends….

Was having a meeting at a cafe next door and I thought I could send car here for alignment and balancing. When the bill came they mentioned my rims are not round, my camber is misaligned and i need to replace it. I went back to my usual mechanic and they told me none of those problems exist. Wheel Speed didn't do my alignment properly and i need to spend more money redoing the alignment

One word sums it all up. Disappointing. I wasted nearly two hours sitting in their stuffy office cum waiting room only to be told by the sole mechanic running this place that he could not attend to my car as he had to finish working on another client's car. I'm peeved because the mechanic initially told me that he could install a new suspension set and asked me to drive into the garage. Unfortunately he chose to attend to customers who showed up after me and worked on their vehicles instead, one after another. He could have declined to serve me earlier on and saved me from wasting my time waiting for my car to be looked into. Will never come here again.

Went to other mechanic shop, doing some alignment & balancing, couldn't manage to check anything. Went to this place the mechanic inspect each of my tyre found 3 screws in my 2 tyres. Mechanic also gives me good advice on changing the tyre 1 year later as the tyre still in good condition. Sincere and hardworking workers !!

After change the absorber and absorber mounting, went to do alignment and adjust chamber, just see and check there inform chamber no need adjust and use spanna adjust a while said done. Next day, found that when drive, will turn to left hand side and sent to another workshop, chamber and alignment need adjust.... This shop treat me as water fish, charge me rm25 just use less than 5 min do alignment.
