Miss Esther's hospitality is really outstanding. She's so friendly and helpful. My new tyre installation was done in less than 30 minutes, including the warranty registration too, all with her help. Wanted to reward her with red angpau (for good luck) but she prefers good review instead. So, here I am writing this with a smile. All other staff were professional and efficient too in doing their respective roles. They even checked the spare tyre! Awesome, quite a surprise. My extra request to blow clean the rear brake drum/hub was also done swiftly. There is a comfortable air-conditioned waiting room which can fit 5 customers at a time. The workshop is so clean and neat I can't even find any rubbish. They also provide alignment service but they were never being pushy at it. Boss if you are reading this, please treat Miss Esther (and the other staffs too) as good as possible. She's the asset of your company. I wish for the best in your business. It's refreshing to meet good people in KL once in a while.
