Has a punctured tyre, call hup heng and he send his team to fix it and done within minutes. His team arrived promptly and efficiently repaired the puncture. The whole process was completed with impressive speed and skill. I was back on the road in no time thanks to their quick response. I was grateful for their professional service.

Took my 2019 Cerato for a rim upsize from 16" to 18". Was serviced by Ah Le, knowledgeable and willing to take on requests such as spraying my brake callipers. An overall good experience for a fair price (when converted to SGD) but agree with the other reviewers - price is considered steep for locals. Prices not too far off compared to SG shops.

on first check, knowledgeable staff and reasonable pricing. we went back 2 days later and the staff changed their story, saying they couldn't be sure of which other car parts need to be changed. we left as didn't feel too confident with this shop anymore

Ah Le, who is very experienced in car tires and handling is the key person you would want to deal with when you’re here. I’m driving a car with 18’ rims and the car will always vibrate when driving at 120 km/h and above. Until one day I found this shop by accident when my tire has an issue on a Sunday morning in JB. Happens that this is the only shop opens at 8am in the morning. I skeptically changed the tire (it was due) and asked if the vibration issue can be solved. Ah Le told me yes but I need to use the RM50 per tire balancing machine (the machine cost RM120k). To my surprise, for the first time after 5 years owning the car, my car no longer vibrates at the speed of 140km/h even 180. Ah Le also suggested to use Asuki brand of brake pads and lubricants which also proven to be the best for my car. He also provided a cheap workaround for the suspension issue which I still use. Today is my third visit to this shop. I drove all the way from KL just to replace my tires. I can’t wait to drive with the correctly balanced and aligned brand new tires today, that’s after 3 years since the last change. I highly recommend this shop to anyone especially Alphard owners with 18’ and above rim set. Thet will enable your safe and comfort driving on the road for sure.

Changed a tyre here, when I come back to get my car, found out the whole rim was dirty, there are damages and dented around the lug nuts area.. asked the staff who changed my tyre, just give you answer: this is damaged previously, this is new one…. Then walked away. I can assure there were no damage before passing my car there… After driving some distance also find out alignment is off and have to find other workshop to do again. If you cannot take good care of customer’s vehicle and put responsibility on what you do, please don’t accept any customers. We don’t pay for receiving service like this..not professional at all.
