I have purchased 4 tyres from Lazada Continental official store. They have sent me a link to make my appointment. Everything was quick and easy. I have chosen this outlet to install the four tyres. When I arrive there were no other cars around. My car was immediately attended to, and the installation was done in less than half an hour. I also did my alignment which is cost rm30 (not included in the shopee / Lazada deal). That took another half an hour or so. The service was very good. My attendant Ah Yan is a friendly person. He taught me step by step how to register for the TCP warranty and answers all my tyre questions. This outlet is quite big, it has about 4 to 5 bays, so everything is done quite fast. Highly recommended.

Once reached they proceed to change all 4 tyre,tyre buy from shopee only. +rm30 for alignment. Around 30minutes complete all👍

I sent my car here for tyre replacement. Immediately after the service, the ABS warning light and other alarm indicators appeared, which had never happened before. When I returned to ask, the workshop insisted the issue was not related to their work and said they would only check further with additional charges. In the end, they only reset the system using a diagnostic computer, without clearly explaining the fault code or root cause. For a problem that appeared right after a tyre change, this kind of response is disappointing and not responsible. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this workshop. 我在这家店进行了冷气维修和更换轮胎。 维修完成后，车辆立刻出现 ABS 警示灯和其他报警提示，维修前从未发生过类似情况。 回到店里反映时，对方坚持表示问题与他们的维修无关，并表示需要另外收费才愿意进一步检查。 最后只是用电脑重置系统，没有清楚说明任何故障代码或真正原因。 对于更换轮胎后马上出现的问题，这样的处理方式令人失望，也缺乏责任感。基于这次经历，我无法推荐这家店。
