Worst experience ever with the terrible attitude of this shop’s owner. My front right tire burst on the first day of Chinese New Year 2025. I had to tow my Nissan Serena to his shop in Ketari and called him for help, but instead of assisting, he scolded me and said that nobody works on the first day of CNY. I explained that my whole family was in the car and that I needed to get back to KL that night. I even told him I was willing to wait until he finished his dinner and could come at any time, but he got irritated when I tried to persuade him. He sounded extremely angry over the phone. Long story short, no matter how well-off you are in this small town, my advice is to stay humble and helpful, especially when people are truly in need. Nobody wants to disturb you on CNY unless they are desperate. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone, ever.

If you’re ever in Bentong and need car repairs, avoid this shop at all costs. My friend’s tire burst on the first day of CNY, and instead of offering help, the shop owner scolded him for calling. Even after explaining that his whole family was stranded and he was willing to wait, the guy just got angrier. CNY or not, a little kindness goes a long way—especially in an emergency. No one wants to ruin your holiday unless they truly have no choice. Terrible attitude. Stay away.

1 of my tyre spoil on halfway road , so i go to this tyre shop. He suggested me to change a tyre with different size cuz they don't have my tyre size. Don't really like it due to different size may hurt my car in long-term. Plus they sell me an old tyre , i think they couldn't sell

Good service. Look for the skinny guy with Tattoo. Very good service. Outlook is scary but very polite.
