Tay Motors Miri

I wen to do on service on the engine oil and the mechanic forgot to put back 3 bolts on my engine guard, it became wobbly on high speed and thats how I managed to realize the problem. Also when I asked the mechanic or the staff in charge regarding the technical issues I faced, they told me that they dont know and go ask Kuching staff. Low quality service and lack of professionalism from the staffs here would hurt this branch. Tay motors in Kuching should reflect on this matter because KTM customers in Sarawak is a small community and they would lost their loyal customers. My advice to you guys is please dont go to this branch unless you are prepared for bad service and the after sale service.

👎I recently purchased a motor from this Miri store and the initial buying experience was quite smooth. The worker I interacted with was responsive, helpful and made the purchasing process easy. However, after the purchase the customer service went downhill. When I had follow up questions and needed assistance, it felt like my concerns were brushed aside. The worker seemed uninterested and lazy! And making the whole post purchase experience frustrating! Even more frustating was when I made an appointment to visit (which was hard enough to arrange since I had a tough time getting a reply from the guy) when I finally went, he didnt even bother to approach me or check if I had any issues. It felt me feeling completely ignored. Even the mechanic was lazy! Overall, the support from this store is very lack and post purchase experience were very disappointing. I highly do not recommend this store to anyone. To Kuching branch : Please look into your branch in Miri!
