This is my second BMW I’ve purchased from Seong Hoe Premium Motors. I’m from KL and why of the so many dealerships in Klang Valley would I choose Seong Hoe ? It’s the impeccable and outstanding service provided by its manager Mr Eric Loi. He has gone above and beyond to enable me to purchase my BMW without having the need to even visit the dealership. Eric took personal responsibility to ensure the entire purchase process was fast, smooth, efficient and personally accompanied the car from Melaka to KL to hand deliver it to me. Kudos to Eric and Seong Hoe !

Interesting place for car service. SA is very helpful, kind and friendly. can survey new cars in the showroom while waiting for car service . there is a waiting room table and there is a coffee machine and also food nasi lemak 🤩 . Very recommended 👍

I had to do an emergency repair. Both Shiva (service staff) and Atiqah (front line) were calm, prompt and efficient. I'm a very satisfied customer. Oh ya, the cakes and coffee counter was very cool too!
