Ugh, that’s really annoying 😤 We came to survey and buy a motorcycle, not to ask for money. The Indian lady staff just sat there and didn’t bother to serve customers. When asked, she replied in a very lazy and uninterested manner. That kind of attitude is unacceptable. This is bad service, plain and simple. If you don’t want to serve customers, you shouldn’t be working at the front counter.

Had my scooter SYM back tyre punctured nearby. Found this shop to change my back tyre (rm150). Boss upsell me to change front tyre (rm150) and back disc brake (rm38). Thought everything was fine, rode for a week, then heard ball sound dropping everytime back wheel turned. Bearing and parts behind set affected. Had to change and fix at authorised chuan cycle at ss3 (regular honest place). Kena additional damage to my wallet rm 970. In short, lousy workmanship. If no emergency, don't bother going. Double work and double loss fork out $$$

Went for a quick service here, overall a pleasant experience. Professional motorcycle mechanic and well-maintained, clean workshop. The service fee is reasonable as well.

Went to 4 different shop. All said need to open the engine to repair my motor. This shop I arrive, didn't even ask me if I want to repair it, just started repairing. I was scared already. Suddenly done repair, they charge me a thousand ringgit. Just kidding, they charge me RM 18. My brain almost explode. Either way, I'm happy to find a repair shop that's honest.
