I have no bad intentions or any offences. My CBR650R has some issues and needs to be checked. As a beginner, I could only rely on searching online for workshop. Google shows that your opening time is 9:30 AM. I arrived a bit earlier, but even at 9:45 AM the shop was still not open. So I thought I’d give you a call to ask whether I could leave my motorbike here for you to check. However, the lady on the phone did not try to solve the problem from a customer’s perspective. Instead, it felt like you only take appointment jobs and had no time to deal with any biker without appointment. From customer perspective : My motorbike has issues—it won’t inform me in advance. I also made it clear that I’m not in a rush to use it, and that I just wanted to leave it there for you to check. But the lady only replied that it’s not possible because the workshop has no space to keep my bike. Everyone has their own business's attitude, no judgement BUT IF SO, PLEASE consider updating your business hours and DELETE your Instagram bio which says: "you can drop by and we will give you our very best service." 🙂

Travelling to KL from Hat Yai my fuel line decided to catastrophically leak. Kenneth, Chief Mechanic and owner of PNC came to the rescue - traveled 54km (it’s a 108km round trip for the man) to Sg Bakap where I was stranded and did an on site fix. Can’t recommend this place enough. If only there were more stars to give. Thank you PNC!

Had a small incident while on road tripping across the peninsular .. I had expedited my shipment of parts to Penang but it was hard to find a shop that could work on big bikes on time as it was a PH the next day and the schedule for the next destination was to move off at 7am the following day. Sent my bike and parts to PNC and after learning I had received the parts only on the morning and i had to move off the next morning the mechanic and his trusty helper expedited the repairs and it was completed at the end of the day superb work !! Many thanks to the PNC team ! 🙏🙏

At here to change my rear tire, honestly in penang hardly to find such professional garage and did all work very carefully, it take time, but the result is very satisfy.. And is surprised that the owner use torque wrench on tighten the screw which in penang is very rare, except those service center. But the owner knowledge is great on every bike..strong recommendation for those treat their bike serious and not just commuting vehicle.

I have a CBR650f. Often I take my bike to mechanics around georgetown. I don’t want to name them. One after one problem. A friend advised me to take to PNC. I went there twice and I don’t go to any other mechanics anymore. By bike stopped giving me problems. This guy is a pro. No bullshits. Price is reasonable. Work very detail. I am glad that I have a realizable mechanic now. Makes motoring more fun. Keep up the good work. 9th January 2026. I have been taking my bikes. Inclusive of my wife’s bike to PNC for about 1 year plus now. I dont go to other shops. I don’t get the satisfaction. They don’t care about our bike like PNC does. Even small maters like marking the nuts and screws. And the way my bike is handled. They treat it as if it is their own bikes. The mechanic is a pro. And a good business man. It feels good to have a good mechanic. Biking becomes more fun.
