Unbelievably helpful with me on my bike tour. Got a full clean and service at a good price. Bike packed for a flight, stored it for 3 weeks and delivered it to the airport. David and the team were super flexible, helpful and transparent. Would recommend anyone use these guys when touring or otherwise.

Nice vibe & Good workmanship for real ! but disappointed with the transparency. 1. Quotation given was RM190+ and during bayar RM275+ due to bla3 but it doesn’t make sense and the team cannot justify why they should charge more. 2. The Quotation and Final amount should align. If you guys consider this kedai please get their sign off at the quotation to avoid this kind of problem. Money is not the issue but the transparency because i travelled 400km to service my bike. Sorry but this is my first ever time expressing my dissappointment in review section.

We cycled from Hanoi and our bikes were not in good shape by the time we arrived in Georgetown so we stopped off for a few days and checked them in for a service. The result has left me speechless. Our bikes are perfect, as close to new as two old touring bikes can be. Easily the best bike service we've ever had. Kamal speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable about bikes, and can even help you plan your route through Malaysia. Highly highly recommended. I honestly don't think I've ever had such great service. I wish this was my local bike shop!

Tl;dr: mostly nice people, but bad value bike rental. My experience with this store was unfortunately ruined by a greedy and uncooperative manager, who refused to accept that they were in the wrong regarding a problem with the bike I rented. Everyone else were nice and cooperative, and even seemed to agree with me, but unfortunately did not have the courage to speak up. The main problem was the tire pressure, which was way too low from the outset (no more than 40 psi in a 32mm tire). Obviously I should have turned around once I noticed, but I didn’t, thinking I might pass by a bike shop. The manager kept insisting they had pumped it to 80 psi, i.e. he didn’t believe me. Somehow he later admitted the mistake, but then switched to calling it a minor one. I suggested a compensation in the form of borrowing the same bike the next day for an hour or two, or 100 MYR discount (from 350 MYR/day). He refused both. Quite disappointing considering I also bought a bunch of stuff from this store. The fit of the bike was also completely off, even though measurements were taken the day before. (By itself this would not have counted as a problem.) In the end I got a 50 ringit discount, quite far from alleviating my disappointment.
