The technicians are professional and thorough, clearly explaining the issues and repair recommendations, which made me feel confident and well-informed. The service was excellent from start to finish—organized, honest, and efficient. It’s definitely a trustworthy and professional workshop that I would highly recommend!
Really good service for my VW 10 plus years they check through properly and do help to advice what are the components that need to be changed and what need to be changed later. Well experience people at the workshop. Friendly reception with refreshments.

VWAG independent. Extremely experienced, reliable & could be very busy at times. Some say they are one of the best independent in Klang Valley. Had to agree. 2 months suffering from a strange problem and they managed to fix it.
