Fast response, knowledgeable in the battery requirement for my car and give good technical advice.

Was sold a battery replacement which is claimed to be better than Century bought at RM480 with 1 year warranty. Battery failed after 10 months. Not free to come to service with the warranty battery. Had to seek another supplier. No replacement given and no warranty given when proven failed.

The shop owner was knowledgeable and stepped in when we needed help to change our Proton S70 car battery. He was willing to explain and share his knowledge about car batteries, even when we came to him on a Sunday night past normal working hours!

Had to change car battery in the middle of night, called 3 suppliers; 1st supplier overcharged me for the same battery by RM50! 2nd supplier no response even ad says 24/7 lol 3rd supplier, Marcus Autoparts came to the rescue. Marcus Autoparts gave me their quotation and estimate time upon arriving. Did the battery change in under 10 mins. Speedy job and good service. P.s. to those saying they are rude and leaving 1 star, may i remind you that this is a battery shop, not a rehabilitation spa lol.

Pretty rude staff even to passerby. Sad to see such attitude in customer service. Hope the employer send their staff for training.
