The business concept of this business sounds good. But only "sounds" good. I bought a Niko car battery from this outlet. After 6 or 7 months, the battery suddenly died and my car couldn't start. As there was a warranty, I came back to this outlet. The attendant in the shop took out my defective battery and gave me a different battery to use while they checked my battery to understand why it failed to retain a charge. I had already separately checked and confirmed that my car alternator was functioning fine. After a couple of days, the shop informed that I could return to the shop to collect my battery. The attendant in the shop said that their "factory" is giving me a new battery. I wanted to know what had happened to the original battery but the attendant said that he didn't know what went wrong with my original battery as they were not the ones who did the checking of my battery. So I requested for the phone number of their "factory" so that I could call their "factory" myself to understand what had happened to my battery. But the attendant said that he doesn't know the phone number of the "factory". Would you believe that they didn't know how to contact their "factory" but are able to send or collect things from this "factory"? So, since I was definitely not going to be able to get any information from this attendant, I requested for the phone number of his boss. But he didn't want to provide the phone number. My conclusion. The brand of batteries sold by this Dr Battery company is off poor quality. When something goes wrong, they become very secretive and will totally refuse to tell you anything about what went wrong with your battery. Their argument was that they have replaced my battery so I should be happy with that fact. But I will not be allowed to understand what had happened to that battery. Therefore, I will never know what was it that I was doing which had caused my original battery to fail. So my advice to everyone is this - don't ever purchase a vehicle battery from this business. They have a big problem with their battery system and they will make sure that we customers will never find out about their problem. Very poor quality. Poor product quality. Poor customer service quality.
