English version and 华语版：以下是我亲身经历的服务体验，写出来供大家参考。 The service was extremely disappointing. One of the staff (an elderly auntie) was rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking basic manners. Her tone and attitude made us feel mocked rather than served. Even more upsetting was the owner’s behavior. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the owner responded with sarcasm and passive-aggressive remarks, which only escalated the discomfort. This felt like a clear endorsement of the staff’s rude attitude. Unfortunately, this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism from both staff and management. 这次的服务体验非常糟糕。 其中一位员工（年长的阿姨）态度粗鲁、言语无礼，甚至带有讽刺意味，完全没有基本的服务意识，让人感到被轻视。 更令人失望的是，老板在整个过程中不但没有妥善处理问题，反而以冷嘲热讽的态度回应，给人一种纵容员工不尊重顾客的感觉。 服务态度往往代表一家店的经营理念。希望老板与员工都能反省，学会以最基本的尊重对待顾客。

To anybody who’s planning to visit this shop PLEASE DONT ! Very very terrible service from both owner and his mom. I try to reverse into the shop for them to work under the shade owners mom scold me scared I hit people’s Vellfire cause my 2021 car is "old and cheap" compared to the other car. Tried to lighten up the mood by starting a conversation owners mom scold again can wait you wait cannot wait go other place do. I wasn’t even in a hurry. Then owner came out and aid Wah park outside let old people work under the sun I said I tried to come in and was scolded by your mom. Then here comes both mother and son shouting at me saying I’m too ego whatsoever when they’re the one shouting at me. Gave them a thumbs up good for you lansi owner since you guys ego high I apologised and left.

The owner and his aunt/mom are non-customer friendly. Even to do power window i had to come over more than two times. They think other than them, everyone is free all-day? Grow up a bit people. Bukan semua orang cuti sampai mai balik selalu. I will never recommend this shop. Even the review was bad, i wanted to try it out, but they showed me that they never improved at all. Please stop supporting this irresponsible shop. Thanks

Terrible experience at this shop! The boss was extremely rude, and the prices were ridiculously high. They charged RM250 and wanted to keep my car for two days, but I got the same service at the shop next door for only RM80—and it was done in just two hours! Don’t waste your time and money here!

The boss is very rude. We are just asking the progress. He is very inpatient over the phone and talk rudely. We brought a RM2K android car player including installation. I could easily find a shop with cheaper price. I choose this place was because it’s near by to our house. In fact this shop don’t even deserve a star. I should have come to Google reviews before I enter this shop. So many negative reviews!! Please avoid this shop.
