My motor broke down at UTAR, called them and they came over to pick up very quickly. The repair price was very reasonable as well and they didnt charge me for towing, also send me back home. Overall, had a good experience with their services thanks to their friendliness and helpfulness.
Choose the shop wisely Bought ebike last year about RM2k, today come and service cost me RM65, they drive Hilux and bring back to only check the ebike's battery (asking me to drive back the ebike by myself) RM65 is too expensive for checking this kind of stuff if compare to other bike/motor shop Updated: I went for other shop to check my ebike battery, the owner can check and tell me which battery is defected immediately. Apparently this 坤福motor owner doesn't check properly and just straight away ask me to change a new one. Somemore PLS TAKE NOTE TO EVERYONE WHO WANNA SPEND MONEY ON THIS SHOP! The battery in that ebike alrdy used from 2021, which before I buy ! That means they should take half of responsibility since they sell the used one !
