I came here to get my Super 4 fixed and had to visit three times on separate days to resolve the idle point issue. This workshop is run solely by a father-and-son duo (with no other staff), so their downtime is quite slow. Expect your bike to be stranded in the workshop for hours. Regarding my bike’s issue, every time the mechanic diagnosed it, he suggested different solutions that never actually resolved the idle point problem I initially came for. I ended up spending a substantial amount of money on these "solutions" in the hope that they would fix the issue, but unfortunately, they didn’t. In the end, the idle point problem remained unresolved. Additionally, the mechanic frequently compared prices to Singapore’s market rates, which was off-putting. As this workshop is in Malaysia, I believe the services and prices should align with Malaysia’s market, not Singapore’s. On a positive note, other issues with my bike, such as the clutch plate and power loss, were resolved. Their prices and quotations are relatively cheaper than Singapore workshops, but I would think twice before coming here again. Also, note that parts sold here are quite expensive, as they are reportedly imported from Singapore and Japan, according to the owner and mechanic.

if can give 0 stars i already put 0 stars. wouldn’t recommend u to go to this scam shop. charged me original brand new price but bike broke down again 2 months later. not possible for a brand new original magnetic coil to spoil within two months and this is my spare bike so rarely used only once every one or two weeks. sold me second hand items and charged as brand new. funny thing is charge even more than SG price. go at your own risk. there’s a reason why shop moved from SG to JB. if no choice still decide to go, properly check the items he claim as brand new and watch him fix it to prevent what i experienced. just spend the extra dollars and tow to your own workshop in SG at least can trust. attached the picture of the "brand new" magnetic coil that he put on my bike and even my workshop stunned looking at the condition just after two months and i only brought this bike out lesser than 10 times. checked with other people regarding this owner and apparently there’s a history of this guy putting second hand items claiming as brand new. i was watching him do at first but he stopped halfway and waited for me to walk away before he continued doing. literally few minutes and got scammed. stay away if possible, can never know what you pay and what he actually put into your bike

Very grateful they were opened at Sat 1am when my Honda's clutch lever and some screws fell out. Surprised to see other sg bikes (4 Hondas, 1 haya, all mostly stripped) there too. 2 friendly uncles helped me tightened the stuff back real quick. Happy to pass by this place at such ungodly hours, otherwise I'd be riding gear 1 back to SG 😂

Fantastic bike service shop. Been going to them for all my bike services since their shop in Singapore (before Covid). Omar is extremely skilled and gives top notch bike servicing quality. Fully trust them for all my bike issues and needs. Customer service is the best i had experienced. Most of their current clientele are sg bikers so i highly recommend to all sg bikers to visit their shop for all your bike servicing needs.

Best experience with O.M motors. Omar is very experienced and is able to diagnose the problems with the engine immediately. Not only that he puts in a lot of effort and time to ensure that the bike is returned back to me with the highest quality of workmanship he also did a lot extras for the bike so that there won’t be any other issues . Will recommend to my friends. Definitely a go to bike shop for everyone especially super 4 riders .
