Datang kedai nak tukar rim. Dia cakap ramai orang suruh tunggu. Tapi ada orang lain baru datang terus buat. Aku dah datang lama ni dia buat² tak nampak. Staff semua tak friendly. Harap bangkrap tutup lagi bagus

harga barang dua kali ganda mahal, harga upah tak termasuk sekali.memang sekali saja pergi.

Just now after work, I went to this workshop to check my scooter. They said there was a minor issue and that the roller needed to be changed. While they were working on my bike, I noticed the two young mechanics were not very serious ,they were joking around instead of focusing. I already had a bad feeling at that time. After they finished, I left the workshop, but around 15 minutes later my bike broke down. I realised I didn’t take their phone number, so I tried to find the workshop number on Google, but couldn’t reach them. In the end, I had to call the workshop next door and ask them to help pass the phone to this shop. What disappointed me most was the service. No one even said sorry. Because of this issue, I had to take emergency leave, and I didn’t get enough rest after working a 12-hour shift. Very bad experience and unprofessional service.

Just dropping by for a normal engine oil change, customer service isn't efficient, I waited there for nothing when my bike had already changed oil and ready to go, they never inform me that it's done, I had to ask after waiting for nothing, price similar to bike shop in Singapore so I would say no difference.

Went to the shop twice and workmanship was really bad. First trip was to change my rear suspension and only realised that it was blocking my engine cover only when i was back at SG. Next trip decided to give them another chance and went for full servicing. Price was already agreed upon in black and white but final price bill that came out was higher instead. Like i said, workmanship was bad, this part was tightened slanted and caused abrasion against the cover causing lots of other internal damages. Will never go back to this shop ever again.
