Asotha Tailoring

Please don't go & purchase or give any materials to sew at Asotha Tailoring Butterworth. The owner lady is too rude, bossy & stingy. I gave material to sew for my mom but it's very expensive. I got it back from them not satisfied as they spoil the material. The sewing methods is very poor but charge a lot. When I call her she gave too many reasons that her leg pain, can't manage her shop & so on but never except her mistakes & just hang the phone rudely. She has anger issues & the way she talk is not polite. Very poor customer service. If she can't manage the shop she should close the shop. Don't trust her. Her sarees, materials & Punjabi suits too expensive. But she will talk nicely & smile during selling time but once she received the money she won't bother us anymore & show her rude attitude to us. Please don't go to this shop. I rather go a better shop far away from my house rather go this shop again. Better go other tailoring shop at little India Penang as their service so good. This Asotha Tailoring Butterworth not recommended and not deserving any star.

The owner seemed to be very rude. She appeared friendly when i purchased her punjabi suite at Rm350. I worn it once and the stitches came out. I went it again expecting her to amend it at free of cost (as she had promised me earlier). She was pretty harsh with her words and treated me badly while making the stitches at no cost. I appreciate her promise-keeping act ( hence the one star) but not her attitude. I bought her product at rm350 and its not fair for the stitches to come out. I wish that Lady Owner will be more polite in future as it would really ensure her customers to revisit. By the way, its way too expensive to purchase her materials n im not returning again to her shop!!!!!
