I recently had my car serviced, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, addressing all my concerns with clear explanations. The quality of the work was top-notch, and they completed everything in a timely manner. The workshop itself was clean and well-organized, which added to my confidence in their service. I highly recommend this car workshop!

I recently had my car serviced here. The staff was quick and professional. They were also very helpful during the insurance claiming process, where they informed me about the necessary documents. After leaving my car there, they finished fixing it in about a week (although I have to add that my car only had minor damage). Additionally, before handing over my car, they also cleaned it, which is a nice touch. Their service is recommended!

"Extremely disappointed with the service. I sent my car in due to a front-end accident, mainly to replace the left headlight which was broken. However, the workshop decided to replace both headlights, including the right one which was still perfectly fine and original, without informing or getting my consent. When I asked about the original part, the staff casually told me, ‘We will keep it for six months, then dispose of it.’ Honestly, that sounds suspicious—OEM Myvi 2018 headlights are expensive and definitely have resale value, so it really feels like the part was taken to be sold for profit. This is unethical. That headlight was mine, and I had every right to take it back. Making decisions on behalf of customers, especially when it involves valuable parts, shows a serious lack of professionalism. Workshops need to be more transparent, get proper customer consent, and respect ownership rights. I won’t be coming back here, and I strongly advise others to be cautious."

Gave my car to this shop for insurance claim, well definitely its a rubbish con shop, in the process of fixing my damaged front bumper they accidentally placed my car key inside the car and locked the car. Then they tried to forcefully push my driver window down trying to open my car and take the key but they failed then they called me to pass a spare key. When i took the car back after it was ready: 1.my driver side window switch got spoilt (not working due to forcefully pushing the window down and pryed using metal stick breaking the internal switch) 2. my car started giving smoke from the engine bay after 30 mins of driving, i had to immediately stop my car to a nearby mechanic shop and guess what they didnt close my engine oil cap properly which caused leaking of engine oil to the radiator hose , which ended up making holes on my radiatior hose -Overall i had to spent more out of my pocket to repair my BMW's radiator hose and also the driver side window switch

Brought in my car which was in an accident. Chose this place since it is the approved panel workshop of many insurance companies. They explained the insurance claim process (I only have third party, which makes things more complicated) and helped me file all the necessary documents and getting the insurance assessor. They also helped me in getting the most from the insurance claim! They did take a week to fix my bumper but I was able to claim for the days I didn't have my car. Before handing over my car, they even washed it which is a very nice touch.

Definitely not recommended. Tried to cheat us by putting the blame of a broken car part as the impact from the accident before the car was sent over, instead of admit their own mistake. Photo says it all. He thinks we are stupid.
