This is my first experience with the workshop. Good credit should be given to them. At the beginning, I'm quite suspicious and don't confidence to deal with them. However, the staff is helpful and easy to communicate. The workshop is panel for major insurance company. Don't worry if your car is breakdown and your preferred workshop is out from the radar. Patience is the important key point when facing such situation. Although my car just need minor repair and it can be done within 1-2 weeks, give plenty time for them to deliver their service to avoid any inconvenience in the future. It depends how quick you need to get back the car on the road. As I expected, less than one month my car is repaired and currently in good condition. Overall, I am satisfied with the workmanship and their delivery.

Disappointed with the service, waited for almost 7 month for the repair after the accident and got this instead. Not recommended

The worst ever. Towing sent my car here after accident.. asked me to pay extra. They 'kawtim' with adjuster/insurans company. after 2 years, everywhere is leaking. When raining car boot can make a swimming pool. Need to send back to other workshop for repair.

There has been a very poor response from both the office and the workshop boss. After the insurance claim was already processed, I have to wait a very long time for the car repair."

I use this company service thru insurance company allianz arranged as towing services, so far it's success to help me towing to my requested place , so satisfied with this company service.
