A shop with good attidude comes a long way! There's a cover under my car that came off during cny eve and they were the only shop opened. The worker helped me to fix it with a cable tie without any charge but I gave angpau. Happened again today and boss didn't charge me, thank you! 🤗
Had an aircon issue and came for a fix. The boss said that he would need to order a spare part for the repair and I should come back a few days later. I came back a week later and the boss was not in. His worker (the only foreign worker in the whole shop) tried calling the boss but no one answered. So I left my number and the worker said that his boss will contact me again. Waited a week and still no call. Tried calling the boss but no answer again. The boss might be friendly and knowledgeable but doesn't seem "interested" in having business. In the end, I get my car fixed at another nearby workshop within 5mins only with ready stock spare part. This may sound like an unintentional mistake but this is what disappoints customers. Hope that the boss and his workers can be more attentive!
