I should have read the Google review here before going. Will not go again to this place. Sent my exactly one year old car for allingment and balancing. Car was just serviced at authorised dealer some 3 weeks ago. The supervisor asked me to change the chamber kit for this new car. Once he asked me , I already know something's up his sleeve. He explained in Cantonese & Mandarin (which I barely comprehend as I am not verse in these ) . But I declined to change it as I've just service the car 3 weeks ago at authorised dealer and there was no issue then. And , the fact that the car is only 1 yr old and no modification was made to the car, neither I hv done any upgrade whatsoever to the tyre. I called the authorised dealer. And was told don't have to change the chamber kit, after all. Not happy with what's happening and now I need to send the car for checking to ensure my safety/ peace of mind, while driving the car. (((((I am not saying you cannot go this outlet, the choice is yours . You can try for yourself and see. Maybe you have better luck here. ))))

Majority of the mechanics in this workshop were not very honest with the price / service they are charging. I was a regular customer of this workshop. Recently, I was there to change my car’s wheel bearings. It was a Proton Saga. The mechanic was charging me one piece of wheel bearing for RM350, which was way too pricey. I went to the other mechanic workshop and they were charging only RM120 per piece. To mechanics of Top Speed Auto Care (USJ18), things don’t work like that. You don’t hype up the price like that and cheat your customers like that, customers are not dumb, especially a regular one. 👎

Last week I went to this workshop to request for a help to pump my rear flat tyre. The 2 indian mechanic willingly to assist me & try to change the tyre nut. Thank you for your kindness. Your company have good staff. I forgot to ask your name actually. Eventhough in the midst of closing you entertain my bike issue. You actually save me from the danger. Appreciate your help.

Simple alignment mistakes diagnosed from an another manual alignment shop. Detected backwheels alignment was "run badly". Funny isn’t? While the auto system couldn’t beat manual alignment setting. Please avoid such lousy shop that throw a reason of your rim is "Dent". Eww

Dishonest and bad service from foreman here. Came here for alignment, foreman told me to wait 15 min, I thought he was waiting for his worker/ mechanic to get back from break but he was the one who worked on my car in the end. He sat there doing absolutely nothing for 15 mins before starting work on my car, absolute waste of time. After which, he tried to upsell and con me to adjust my camber, I told him camber is not adjustable on my car even with camber bolts as my car has double wishbone suspension. He insisted that it has to be adjusted as part of alignment, of which I insisted I do not want such a service. Avoid this place, they pull off the typical, "adjust your camber" crap to upsell you into buying camber bolts.
