I was a loyal customer to this guy Ah Wai the owner since 2016. Have him a lot of business with my 2 cars. Recently did an oil change with my car and he cracked my oil sump pan, telling me it was cracked from before. While he is the only one who has touched the car for 2 years. The original replacement part and cost. Is 750 RM with Proton. A loss I incurred because of their negligence.
