Ah yuan is very detailed and ensured that everything is done right before handing the car back. All my previous and current cars are serviced and repaired by him. Pricing is reasonable as well.
I went there few months back to service my car engine. The mechanic (wearing glasses) was very rude to me when I only asked them to help change the oil that I had bought elsewhere. He also lied to me that he tightened the crew with the silicon string. And worst is, he didn't even bothered to reset the 'Spanner' sign that was displayed. He told that he need to charge aother rm10 to reset which is ridiculous and a BIG lie. I paid only for the service and reset it myself by watching a video from Youtube. I was extremely disappointed by this and even called the owner to complain about the arrogant staff but the owner don't seem to listen to what I said and just defended his employee. This workshop now is slowing down and has lost all its customers. Please don't send your car here and get cheated.
