Regular Customer Here! I've been a regular at this shop, and even the owner, Mr. Chong, remembers the exact engine oil I use! Both Mr. Chong and Jo Anne are incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and generous with their knowledge. Mr. Chong even took the time to guide me on how to use the Castrol app. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming environment — highly recommended! 👍
The boss is skilful, honest and helpful. The prices are fair and reasonable too. He would not ask you to replace something if it can be fixed with low cost! There was one Kia service centre which asked me to spend thousands to replace parts, but this boss can help me diagnose the root of the problem and fix it quickly, saving me a lot of money !! Note: some service centres always ask us to replace parts whenever there are problems because their mechanics are poorly skilled!
Did a few replacements to my 11 year old vios at High Tech Auto service Centre on 20 October 2018. Am highly impressed with Boss Chong’s spot on expertise and professionalism. Most importantly I am thankfully he is one honest business who does not overcharge his customers. Strongly recommended.
Car steering wheel vibrate when turning. Boss help troubleshoot and found it’s a simple problem - steering oil not enough. Very good 👍🏻
