Great customer service. All the staffs were friendly. The place feels tidy and comfortable. The waiting customers also provided with some beverages. Definitely will come again to Otocare Sdn Bhd.

Services are good staff are friendly and helpful
I changed my air cond fan 6 months ago. They claimed that the fan was Honda original spare part. But the problem of air cond not functioning when the car stands still was not solved. The fan sound was noisy too. I drove my car back to check on the sound the next day but they said that was normal. This continued until last month when I sent my car for a checking on air cond problem in ANOTHER workshop, the mechanic said that the fan was not genuine based on the price. I thought this is a trusted shop so I didn’t survey on that. I only requested for ORIGINAL fan. Also the mechanic found that the fan was turning in OPPOSITE direction it supposed to be, drawing hot air into the car! I didn’t expect this serious problem to happen at such a high rating shop! I’m not sure whether this mistake has affected the other parts of the car but this is definitely a serious problem which shouldn’t have happened! Otherwise the staff were friendly.
A good workshop to do servicing and alignment. Recommended. And have a friendly staff with a good communication with clients. Good job OTOCARE SDN. BHD.
