询问好友后朋友推荐这牌子轮胎不错（continental) 所以就在google 里搜索及查询资料来到这间店铺；询问了工作时间及价格因工作关系所以就预约了早上7. 30am来更换。第一次来这里更换轮胎老板娘及员工的都非常友善细心的讲解产品信心保/raya优惠注册等等。轮胎换好老板娘还特别嘱托员工要double check所有螺丝是否有锁紧。 #这牌子第一次使用感觉比较柔和车子也安静许多/价格适中/推介👍👍

I want to give my deepest thanks to the team at Hiep Hing Tyre retreading S/B (Jalan Pahlawan - Near OCBC Bank)for their exceptional help this morning. I got my car stuck nearby due to my limited driving skills. When I walked in and asked the lady boss for help, her response was immediate and incredibly kind. She not only took time to comfort me but instantly dispatched her staffs to assist(One chinese young lady & a young Iban man). Despite the heavy rain, she insisted I wait in their air-conditioned room until her team safely brought my car to me without any money charged. Their warmth and kindness were truly touching, especially since I'm not a current customer. This experience shows that anyone who chooses Hiep Hing Tyre retreading S/B will undoubtedly receive the best possible service.
