Have not met the owner in person but he responds always via whatsapp answering all questions I had regarding my turbo. Turbo was serviced within 2 working days eventho the shop had a load of turbos in Q. Staff in the shop is friendly and attentive as well. Pricing to service turbo was affordable. Good job to the owner and team for having excellent customer service skills (rare to see in workshop settings these days)
Sent my Volkswagen’s turbo to be rebuilt, Honestly they are the best in the business top notch quality and exceptional customer service, their pricing is also the cheapest in the market and their quality exceeds the price your paying, semoga you guys dimurahkan rezeki selalu
First of all, dont expect all your customer is the same. And also please respect each other in any of conversation. Call to get info to rebuild my turbo. Not sure talk with whom. At first he can talk nicely. But then not sure why suddenly he become annoyed when i ask more. As customer, for sure we want to know more since this is my first time turbo got problem. The three sentences that i remember the most. 1. "Your gang only know to ask but never sent turbo here" - not sure he refer to which gang but refer to my type of car. 2. "Your gang only talk about high HP only.." 3. "If talk with your gang, only want to beat this gang" (the car which is more powerful) I hope you dont judge your customer based on the conversation we have in phone. Im not judging you, but just share my experience that happen.
Too bad Google has a max of 5 stars, otherwise I would have rated more. I sent in my blown (and full of carbon built up) Ford Ranger t6 turbo for repair, and they went beyond replacing new stuffs, which include cleaning the unit and it looks almost like a new unit upon collection. Firdaus even share basic turbo maintenance tips which I dont think to get elsewhere. These are bunch of passionate dudes doing what they are good at :- TURBO.
Recommended! Staff buat diagnose, explain dan suggest apa yg perlu dibuat.. jujur dan sangat2 membantu.
