Ah Kit is a true professional. He inspected my W211 thoroughly and walked me through the step-by-step repair process, explaining what was necessary, what was recommended & what to look out for in future maintenance. He even sent video and photo updates throughout the process, giving a first time conti car owner like me, a full confidence in his work. He also took the time to teach me everything I needed to know about the car from common issues to preventive care when I collected my car, all washed & polished. The pricing is reasonable and for the level of service & expertise, it’s worth it. Highly recommended for anyone who wants their Mercedes serviced by someone who truly knows what he’s doing.
