Highly recommended car aircond shop! Really satisfied with the service and professionalism from the boss and the whole team. Initially came for a FREE inspection and quotation. The first quote was a bit high for me, so I planned to look for another shop. Surprisingly, they didn’t charge me anything for checking, and even rejected the small tip I offered. Very honest and professional. Later, the boss personally contacted me again, matched my budget, and offered a Hari Raya Haji promotion with around 30% discount while still using original imported Japan parts with 2 years warranty. Because of that sincerity, I decided to proceed with the full aircond service, cooling coil replacement, flushing, condenser cleaning, blower cleaning, and valve replacement. The mechanics updated me throughout every stage of the repair and even sent a final video showing the aircond temperature reaching around 5–7°C. Very transparent service. My car collection was delayed to the next day because they wanted to complete additional testing after installation, which I think was fair since the work started late and they didn’t want to rush the job. The payment process was also very clear with a detailed itemized bill provided. They even offer 0% installment payment plans through CIMB, Maybank, SKLater, GrabPay and Atome for 6-month or 12-month payments, which is very convenient. Best surprise was after completing the service, they even gave me a FREE set of carpets for my car. Really appreciate the extra effort and customer service. What impressed me the most is the boss himself. He is a very, very nice and friendly person. No matter whether you drive a Saga, Myvi, or even a premium luxury car, he treats every customer equally and always tries his best to provide good service for everyone. That really left a strong impression on me. This is my first aircond service in 8 years, and the difference is HUGE. The aircond is finally cold again even under hot sun, and the cooling performance feels like new. Friendly staff, honest pricing, professional workmanship, and excellent communication throughout the process. I would honestly rate this place 11/10 for their service. Definitely highly recommended!
