The indian owner is very polite indeed. However, i had to wait for almost 2 hour just for change engine oil service because they had to bought it from somewhere else (need to clarify to the customer if no item in stock before proceed with service). Then they realized that my brake lamp was faulty, they didn’t even ask my consent beforehand to change the light bulb. They simply change it and charge me. The price for my service was quiet pricey i am disappointed with the service.

I am so grateful to my late father for advising me to only go to Mr. Appu an honest man and for his vast experience in car repairs. He can just repair any cars no matter model and year. He could just identify your car problem just by driving it. Sadly Mr. Appu is ageing and of course he is not all the time at his workshop. He is such a priceless car foreman and looks like I will never find a replacement. That is rather worrying.
