Went to this shop while they were in Kota Emerald, now they have moved. I have retracted a bad review in the past but I feel I must warn people about their sloppy work. Claims to be continental specialist but from the first time I went they have never solved a problem in 1 visit for my BMW e92. The work they have performed on my car is still giving me headache to undo years later. O2 sensor replacement on exhaust piping was screwed in so poorly that it popped out while driving one day. Claimed to change both my headlight bulbs to LED but only changed one bulb leaving one remaining xenon, and they needed to do a "wiring bypass" for LED compatibility that caused an ECU short circuit necessitating a RM3000 replacement. This bypass not only was directly connected to the battery, they connected a wire directly to one of my ignition coils. Do not send your car here if you value it or your money.
Brought in my sister’s car before this and this time around I am changing my car’s tyre as well. The quality of service then and the service now rendered is the same. They thoroughly check your car and suggest whats best & also do not do hard sell .If it is working for you then the service is done if not they only letting you know whats need to be done.
Competitive pricing when it comes to pricing regardless if it’s for a tyre change or a regular service etc, friendly staff, good service and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers needs. I had my Mercedes, bmw and Alphard sent here on various different occasions and personally there had not been any negative experiences. 2 thumbs up for the cleanliness of the workshop as well
