I am not sure how they got the good ratings and the word honesty being used is what brought me to the shop, But definitely I felt the opposite and that they have ripped me off. Went to get my spark plugs replaced and had my own parts. The owner first quoted me RM80 which I agreed. He also said it will take one hour. 10mins later he returns to say that they need to dismantle lots of parts and it entailed lots more work and it will take two hours and now cost RM120! Based on the way he described the tedious job, I had no choice and agreed. Less than 40min later, the job was completed! So this guy wanted to charge me labour charge and inflated the job time and work needed. This is absolutely pure dishonesty. Also found a screw missing and they claimed it was already gone prior which was not true but I had no picture proof unfortunately. After much complaining by me, he returned RM20. So while I support businesses, please be aware that this is a true review. So you are careful if you do decide to try this repair shop.
