Pertama kali saya datang ke sini untuk penukaran pad brek dan bahagian bahagian lain yang berkaitan. Pada mulanya saya tidak yakin kerana kereta saya masih dalam tempoh waranti pertama. Seperti kita sedia maklum, ada bahagian-bahagian kereta yang tidak termaktub di dalam waranti. Oleh sebab ini, saya mula mencari pilihan syarikat servis kereta untuk membaiki kereta saya. Selepas saya membaca ulasan tentang Munich Precision (MP), banyak yang menulis tentang kebaikan MP. Oleh yang demikian, saya buat temujanji dengan mereka. Akhir sekali ingin saya katakan, MP adalah syarikat servis otomatif yang interaktif, profesional dan menawarkan harga berpatutan.

Good reliable workshops are hard to find. Even harder for German marques. Munich Precision is certainly one. I have been servicing my 330e with them for 2 years and the experience is pleasant every time. They may miss once or twice but they get it sorted every time. They will photograph what is broken or requires servicing and furnish a quotation on the repair cost then you can make the decision. The price is reasonable, I am sure you can find cheaper but it’s hard to put a price on confidence. I’d recommend them for BMWs, hybrids especially, from my own experience.

Was recommended by a colleague, Capt. Michael about Munich Precision. Decided to drive up the F15 to Kl from Jb to get it serviced there. Their working culture is commendable to say the least; case in point; a couple of years ago, I had a question regarding the F10 which was answered by them via Whatsapp even though I was not their customer (yet). That left an indelible mark and I told myself, I had to somehow try these folks out sometime in the future. Fast forward a few years and here we are; job well done for the folks at MP Pj. From my observation, the founders got it right by hiring the best. Honesty and integrity is a given here and I’ll definitely recommend this establishment to those who ‘s looking for a trustworthy and reputable place to service their vehicle. I've been sending my BMW hybrid model to Munich after official BMW warranty expired. I would say all my visit here has been very good. I got a good transparent pricing in advance before doing, and i could also choose which service from the quoted one that i want to do (in case you have other financial commitment, or time constraint). They also has a spare car service with charge lower than 60rm, which a huge win for your administrative task cos there's no admin, just book and pay, and go while your car is serviced. Pricing is a bit higher than your normal workshop but thats because they have standard hourly rate / credit rate for their workers that works on something, depending on the complication of your service. So far, im super happy and will keep coming back if need be.

Found Munich by chance early this year and they did a very good job inspecting and servicing my car. We are willing to travel from JB to KL just to use their service. Followed up recently for my annual mileage service and Mr Tan and team are very informative and very helpful. Their knowledge on cars especially Mercedes are top notch. Can’t praise any better than this. Mr Tan especially is willing to help and advise anytime we have questions or slight issue. Thank you Team Munich Precision!!

Very satisfied with their service. The team is polite, helpful, and honest, especially Mr. Weng. They only suggest what is actually needed and never try to sell unnecessary parts or work. It was a smooth and pleasant experience.
