Kim Hock is a very reasonable and responsible mechanic who will do his job with integrity. He will let you know what is the problem, try his best to explain to you about the problem, why thing happened like this and that, provide possible solutions and consequences of certain solutions such as if you want to use OEM parts and not original parts, what might happen or thd effects. He will not simply ask you to change parts. Those still can be used one he will ask you to use first. Of course, if you insist to change, he won't resist, and change for you loh......
