Good and reliable service. All their staff are capable of solving your car issue. Replacement parts price are a little higher, but comes with good workmanship. If any issue after replacement, they will solve it for you. No nonsense up selling. Highly recommended.

UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNER Your explanation here is completely different from what was actually communicated to me at your workshop. At no point did your mechanic clearly inform me that the RM50 "deposit" would only be refunded if I returned to repair the car at your shop. If that was truly a condition, it should have been stated upfront clearly and in writing, not after I asked for my refund. Secondly, I came to your shop only to check the fault. Without properly consulting or obtaining my consent, your mechanic went ahead and replaced the plug temporarily and then informed me I had to pay RM50. The spark plug you provided was an old used plug, yet you charged RM50 for it and still refused to refund when I returned the part within just 2 days. Only after a long argument and repeated follow-ups did you decide to return RM20 instead of the full amount. This is not how honest or professional workshops treat customers. The way this situation was handled was unfair, very poorly communicated, and extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I strongly advise customers to be careful and read other reviews before dealing with this workshop. I went to CS Auto Care Services to check a faulty spark plug. The mechanic confirmed that 1 out of 4 plugs was faulty and asked me to pay RM50 as a refundable deposit, clearly stating that I would get my refund once the part was returned. When I later contacted them to return the part and request my refund, the owner called and spoke very rudely, insisting that they would only refund if I repaired my car there. That condition was never mentioned earlier, and I was not even given a receipt for the RM50. This experience felt unfair, unprofessional, and dishonest. I definitely do not recommend this workshop.
