Car broke down nearby and I called Seng Workshop to enquire ‘bout towing and repair service. I explained the car issue to him and he was able to provide prompt and accurate advice! Unfortunately I was unable to get my car fixed at his workshop as there was no available slot on that day, but thanks to his quick advice, I saved time to get the car fixed.
Zurich insurance free toll has given me speediest response to my call & initiated the towing services promptly. Within less than 20 minutes, my car was towed to requested workshop..Towing services was excellent & highly appreciated..hope this kind of services would be emulated by other panels too.
