服务态度差到要死 我的车出了车祸然后就claim insurance 给我喷漆维修的是这间车厂 他们只管外表没有坏 里面的机器东西座椅什么的他们跟我弄坏了 然后不负责任 讲不是他们的手尾jb啦 就是你修理的还不是你们弄的 是我弄的是吗 rude到要死 最好早点倒闭不要在开店来害人了 员工的服务也是很差impolite 第一次见到这种人这种老板也是很无语

My car was hit by others then send here for repair, the work done was fast although a bit delayed than promised. Anyway the body work done are quite good although there’s some part they didn’t change although broken, i just really really hate the rude and racist staff especially the lady in the office. Very rude and don’t know how to answer nicely. Only the young chinese guy and the boss are nice enough to entertain my questions. They don’t even want to tell me what they did to my car and some old guy scold me for questioning the repair done. I have the right to know because that’s my car and it’s not my fault that it being hit. They only speak nicely to fellow chinese and speak rudely to the non chinese. Not gonna doing any business with them again with this kind of attitude.

I was in a car accident and needed to get my car fixed. However, once they realised my car was an old car and the insured value wasn't high, they became extremely rude and unhelpful. From the start, getting any update or info from them was difficult. After three days of bad service and telling me that they won't earn much, they asked me to go look for another workshop. Disappointed by the poor communication skills and lack of thought towards the customer.

Good service & my car done faster than I expected. Recommend to all of you.

Good quality of workmanship. Always deliver the car on time, or even earlier than expected ! The person that I dealt with was Mr. Ng, he explained everything clearly, and standby customer's point of view. Personally I felt that the exceptional experience exist in this small town is just way too amazing. I would definitely go to them again.

Not recommended. Even staff and boss totally not responsible at all. Any status won't update to client. Let client keep chasing and chasing the car repairing status. Promised the car can be done around 3 weeks. End up car parked at outside for 1 month pending for repair (found a cockroach inside car) then took another 1 month to repair, after released car still got some problem and take around 1 week to repair again. Total 2 months + 1 week to repair a car.
