I have been using "Best Driver Auto" post the warranty of my BMW X5 and Toyota Hybrids. A good replacement option for the OEM with comparable or better work quality at a reasonable price. Professional and efficient work processes: e.g good diagnostic skills with computer analytics, proposed sensible remedial work/ replacement parts, written quotation and friendly discussions, agreed prior to proceeding. I normally paid a deposit for parts to be ordered.....Overall, a trustworthy workshop. ------------- 19 July 2024 BMW has impressive hardwares/ engine but the Infotainment System is really useless......as I wanted to keep the display unit (truly anti-gaze Screen) I decided to retrofitting Android Auto into the X5 while retaining the option to switch back to BMW system.......After a few months of using, I m happy with the upgrade..... wireless connection to the phone work flawlessly, without touch screen is a bit of compromise but rolling the "Dice" work fine.....input can be done thru the phone also......with the Android platform, I have the same playlists across different cars and devices (phone, pad, TVs ....) A worthy upgrade and thanks "Best Driver Auto" for sourcing and installing the "Android Auto Module" Great Job

I sent my old car here for extensive refurbishment and maintenance. They were able to source parts for my 30 year old car, and their expertise in European cars is incredibly reassuring. Also did an SQ focused car sound system installation with them, making use of a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) for tuning, which they are extremely proficient at implementing. I trust the tuner's knowledge and decisions because they use calibrated microphone measurements throughout their process, rather than simply setting arbitrary values to fine tune things such as crossover points and time alignment. They also have access to various vendors and suppliers of car audio components, so there are plenty of options available to suit your car and goals, which was open to discussion with the installer and tuner.
