Purchased a car part but had to return it because doesnt fit the car. The issue was, the one muslim lady gave me the part that mismatch my car, she said it can be returned if doesnt fit, so i did return and asked if there other options for me. I already show them the picture of the original part i wanted for proof that it cannot be installed on my car and that is different from the one i purchased earlier . Then there other rude muslim lady (acah2 bos) hardly blame me for the part that was mismatch for my car. So rude...so i asked for refund because they cannot provide me the part that i wanted and they seems like dont want to refund it and want to use the money for deposit for preodering my car part, but i cannot wait for that because i want to fix my car asap. But i did manage to get my refund thou. * i already gave them the detail of my car model, but they proudly gave me the part that doesnt match and even said 'yes yes.. that is the correct part for you car' and yg saya ni budu2 juga pigi ambil tu part..bukan banyak pengalaman pasal kereta ni. *they wanted me to bring the original part for sample but its still installed on my car because the mechanic dont want to disassemble it because afraid of no stock in labuan. But yes..theres none. She said also to me, if your go to other store, they will maki hamun you for this..waw..suka2 maki hamun orang..nak kena saman ke.. Dear owner of this store. Please teach your muslim lady like boss (acah2 boss) the manner when speaking to customer. The other staff was goodly manner just the acah2 bos one la yang tua2 suda minta puji. This store was okay..just the one acah2 bos la bikin panas.
