Quick car repair sdn bhd

All the staff were hardworking, friendly, and honest, except for one employee who had an inexplicably bad temper. I had booked a repair service in advance, and they said they would come after noon. I arrived around 1 p.m. and waited until 2:30 p.m., but the car still hadn't been repaired. I asked if it would be ready by 4 p.m., and they said they had many cars and might not be able to come in time. I then made an appointment with them to come back the next morning. I just mentioned that my car's engine compartment was spacious and the repairs would be simpler, and I didn't get angry. Before I got in the car, one of the employees loudly told colleague to ask him to come and fix it himself! I was thinking that I had made an appointment and confirmed the time, and they didn't make it , so I was fine with rescheduling. I didn't haggle or ask for a discount. It was really speechless to be humiliated after paying money like this... Finally, I want to say that everyone else was very professional and friendly👍🏻only one are speechless..
