I recently needed to replace the windshield on my Mini Countryman Cooper S, and my Sale Advisor at Millennium Welt Kuantan recommended this workshop. I'm so glad they did! The entire process was incredibly easy and fast. I scheduled an appointment online (or by phone, if applicable) for 9:30 am on July 25th, 2024. Upon arrival, the receptionist efficiently handled my paperwork, taking my IC and driving license for claim purposes. The new windshield was installed within about an hour, and I was back on the road. The staff were friendly and professional throughout the entire experience.

I went to Carhome (Chin Hua Autoworks) in Beserah to replace my cracked windscreen. Unfortunately, I wasn’t lucky as my car got some issue with the sensor system after replacing the windscreen. They explained and discussed the possible risks and complications then came out with the solutions. They also managed it very well and ease the whole process. The customer service is topnotch. The price is cheap among other places and has warranty for 2 years. Thank you to all the team members for the efficient service. Special thanks to Ms Chin for your kind gestures.
