staff mesra, layanan terbaik. time eksiden, terus report polis, kemudian terus g bengkel nie untuk inspection. lokasi bengkel pon belakang ipd polis je kereta kena langgar motor arah belakang. bonet kemek, bumper rosak. alhamdulillah kereta oke, boleh drive macam biasa lepas inspection, staff terus order barang drpd hq. saya boleh bawak balik kereta macam biasa. bile barang dah ada, baru hantar kereta untuk adjuster inspect kereta. hantar kereta hari selasa, dan terus tinggal. dalam seminggu lebih ++, kereta siap. kualiti terbaik, flawless, sgt puas hati

I sent my sister’s car here for an insurance claim and repair, and I’m really satisfied with the whole experience. Before this, I had gone to another Perodua workshop where the process was quite difficult and took a lot of time, but after hearing from my friend that the process here was smooth, I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did because everything went very well. The process was quite fast, the staff were easy to reach whenever I had questions, and the service was efficient from start to finish. My sister’s car looked like new after the repair, and I have no regrets choosing this workshop. I truly recommend everyone to send their car here.

My MYVI car met with an accident. I was so anxious and do not know where to send for repair and insurance claims. Luckily, we contacted our salesman and he referred us to Motos Confidence (KS). Spoke to the Manager, Mr Alex Then. There on our experience was very smooth. Mr Alex requested relevant documents and we did provide as requested. The picking up of our damaged car thru insurance claims and repairs were extremely smooth and hassle free. The staffs including Mr Alex were so friendly. Received the car today. Repairs were immaculate and we were very happy sending there for the work. Because of the communication with Mr Alex Then, I even did not go any check on the car until I received the car today. Conversation with him made us build the trust and confidence. Will recommend to my circles of friends for sure! Thank you motors confidence KS for the excellent job !

Highly recommend this workshop because of the good and fast service. My car was repaired within 2 weeks after the accident.
